Our client is the leading seller of glasses on Amazon UK and EU across their two brands, Opulize and The Reading Glasses Company.

The Challenge

As an Amazon vendor our client was having difficulties in getting Amazon to generate organic PO’s for their new product lines after launch. This made stock purchasing difficult and risky for a new unestablished line.

They tasked us with developing a launch strategy that would establish volume in their products quickly and generate organic repeat POs from Vendor.

Approach

Launching their new products on the Born To Run Vendor program we then developed a product launch strategy that involved a long tail keyword ranking strategy employed to develop volume in a competitive market in a much quicker manner than attacking high volume generics.

We used Sponsored Products advertising campaigns to aggressively target search impression share on target keywords and optimised content to maximise conversion.

Results

Our long tail ranking strategy quickly built volume across a selection of relevant terms that generated sales in the 3-month launch period 574% greater than their previous product launch.

The result of this was organic vendor POs in a much shorter period of time which allowed them to plan their stock and feel at ease when placing initial orders for future launches.
